Refund Policy

If you choose not to receive a replacement, we offer the following refund options:

  • A coupon of the same value will be issued, redeemable within the specified time period.

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed to the original payment method and may take 10-15 business days to reflect in your account.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer during the refund request.
