    • If approved, you will receive a confirmation email along with further instructions.

  3. Shipping Instructions

    • Upon approval, we will provide a shipping label for returning the product.

    • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the product to our service center.

  4. Inspection & Resolution

    • After receiving the product, our team will inspect it to verify the claim.

    • If the product qualifies under warranty, we will repair or replace it as per our policy.

  5. Exclusions & Limitations
